It should be no surprise that grandiose producer, Mike Air hails from Hollywood. The theatrics of his compositions are vibrant, modern, and explosive on a scale worthy of the world’s stage. And with a recent endorsement from Leven Kali who himself is headed for the top, Mike Air might arrive there sooner than later. It’s Over is an impeccable piece of emotion-evoking liquid love impossible not to dance to. It’s foundation rests on an entrancing vocal sample, dizzying keys, and hard bass, occasionally subduing to calming moments of bliss, and at others erupting entirely into chaotic tirades. But the track never loses its center for long, always returning to its bread and butter before again shifting altogether. 

 

Mike Air seems the kind of producer who, though perfectly adept at painted vivid soundscapes by himself, would also create something spectacular in collaboration with a slew of different artists. So, maybe something with Leven Kali could be on its way in the near future. Either way, It’s Over will be soundtracking our dance parties from here on out.
