Chicago’s Myquale is on fire. This time in accompaniment of producer, instrumentalist & collaborator, Hush Forte, DOMINICANA is another timeless Summer anthem boasting the merged lanes of a number of stylistic spectrums. For his part, Myquale embarks down a transcendent rap and vocal path in verse, before giving way to a lush, romantic chorus by way of Aaron.

 

But, the real star of DOMINICANA is the track’s composer. Hush Forte’s instrumentals and production are even more transcendent than its fronting forces. Mellow and breathing of warm-weather emotions fitting of its title, DOMINICANA’s opening half explodes with pops of synth and the steady cool of progressive keys, laying the tracks for Myquale & Aaron to churn out a Summer anthem before a guitar breakdown puts an exclamation point on the whole thing.  Whatever lane your Summer playlist is taking, DOMICANA belongs smack in the middle of it.
